"Shigemitsu Shoji" and "Sharp Corporation" from Japan are investing in "SolarTech" LLC to build 15MW solar power plant in Zamyn-Uud soum.
The solar power plant will produce 28 kWh clean energy annually, will reduce 833,150 tons of carbon emission, save 685,750 tons of coal, 5,05 million tons of water, moreover will create 25 job opportunities.
"Gegeen" 15MW solar power plant's ground breakining ceremony will be organized on 5th of this month. Advisor to the Minister of Energy Ts.Bayarbaatar, Head of inspection, evaluation, internal audit department S.Tserenjamts, Governer of Dornogobi aimag T.Enkhtuvshin, Coordinator of ERC D.Bassaikhan, President of "Shigemitsu Shoji" Gegentana and Authorities of Zamyn-Uud soum will participate in ceremony.
